Description.

DFT  | Rejuvenate is a re-imagined sanctuary to help attendees release their bodies that have become restricted, tired or painful due to repeated mental and emotional stresses. By moving their bodies in a systematic and somatic way with class-time coaching, attendees gain awareness of how they physically cope with stress and learn new ways to regulate themselves safely with a tangible approach.

Besides the reset your mind and body get, you can also rekindle your relationship with your teenage son or daughter to foster stronger bonds! When time is of the essence, these sessions allow you to get your physical, emotional and mental well-being addressed all at once!

Was really nice to attending Vincent class today, I used to be a dancer 5 years ago and the last time I took a professional dance class was 2 years ago. In todays class with Vincent, it really reminded me about the love and passion I have for dancing.
