Why I Created Dance Flow Therapy™ (DFT)™ | Rejuvenate

In a fast-paced world, many of us have learned to disconnect with our bodies, our emotions, and the things we wish we have time for but cannot afford. Energy is required to ignore our feelings and suppress our emotions. Over time, this behaviour depletes our energy stores and shrinks our tolerance. Judgments, both internal and external, also lead us into overthinking and feeling like we are walking on eggshells.

This is why I created Dance Flow Therapy™ | Rejuvenate. To create a sacred space for the revival of who we are, not what others are expecting us to be. Take this space to soften, relax, recharge and feel safe. With movement that flows like poetry, let your body come alive again.

Dance is the micro life to your macro one. When you shift the way you make decisions and respond, it ripples into every aspect of your life.

Reclaim YOUR right to FEEL.

Reclaim YOUR right to express.
Reclaim YOUR voice that commands..

Reclaim YOUR courage to be authentic.

Rejuvenate your body, mind and soul to become ONE powerful and present dancer of life.

Hear From Our Participants

Unlearn & Learn, Discovery & Parenting Myself

I took this up initially to keep myself physically active and also to work on my knees. As time goes, this movement therapy goes beyond the physical. The flow sessions also push me to face aspects of my personality which I avoid facing. Being a very left brain person, focusing on and staying with the flow is currently my inner work. Every session, I breakthrough bit by bit, learning to relax with imperfection, trust & simply enjoy the process, applaud myself. I am thankful to have found such a community, Vincent for being a wonderful teacher, my friends for being such inspiring role models, encouraging me always. It’s my most worthwhile investment in terms of personal wellness.

Engaging the mind-body connect

Connecting the brain and body through movement not only opens up new neural pathways for learning and regulates your nervous system, it also strengthens your overall mobility. Classes are thoughtfully designed and Vincent is an engaging therapist who patiently explains the science behind each movement. I leave class each week not only with a stronger body but also useful reflections for my professional practice as a learning specialist. I highly recommend everyone to come experience this program for themselves.

Following the Flow

It is important to push our boundaries within our limit and that’s what Vincent does throughout his classes. He follows the flow of each individual, giving guidance to allow us to improve, and at the same time not hurting ourselves. 👍
