Dance has always been a little home in my heart, and being able to feel that warmth again has been so beautiful ☺️ there is something really healing about moving together in class, sharing little joys, sadness, love, and simply being human~ I really appreciate Vincent’s teaching and choreography, and the beautiful studio space filled with fellow lovers of dance and life. Unlearn & Learn, Discovery & Parenting Myself
I took this up initially to keep myself physically active and also to work on my knees. As time goes, this movement therapy goes beyond the physical. The flow sessions also push me to face aspects of my personality which I avoid facing. Being a very left brain person, focusing on and staying with the flow is currently my inner work. Every session, I breakthrough bit by bit, learning to relax with imperfection, trust & simply enjoy the process, applaud myself. I am thankful to have found such a community, Vincent for being a wonderful teacher, my friends for being such inspiring role models, encouraging me always. It’s my most worthwhile investment in terms of personal wellness.

Connecting the brain and body through movement not only opens up new neural pathways for learning and regulates your nervous system, it also strengthens your overall mobility. Classes are thoughtfully designed and Vincent is an engaging therapist who patiently explains the science behind each movement. I leave class each week not only with a stronger body but also useful reflections for my professional practice as a learning specialist. Reconnecting with my Past Dance Passion
Was really nice to attending Vincent class today, I used to be a dancer 5 years ago and the last time I took a professional dance class was 2 years ago. In todays class with Vincent, it really reminded me about the love and passion I have for dancing. It brought me to a place of calm and appreciation for the art, that some times all you have to do it let it flow! ❤️ I will be looking into attending some more classes again
