Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Danspire International, our workshops, courses, and retreats are thoughtfully curated experiences designed with intention and care. Each program involves advance planning, venue commitments, resource allocation, and limited participant capacity.

By registering and making payment for any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for workshops, courses, programs, and retreats are strictly non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, partial attendance, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.

Your confirmed registration secures a reserved place that cannot be reassigned at short notice.

2. Transfers & Replacement Participants

 Registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. 

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement participant, subject to:

– Written notice prior to the program start date

– Approval by Danspire International

– Completion of all required registration details

Approval of replacement participants remains at our sole discretion.

 

3. Cancellation by Danspire International

Local Programs (Singapore)

We reserve the right to cancel a program up to 30 days prior to the event start date.

International Programs

We reserve the right to cancel a program up to 90 days prior to the event start date. If Danspire International cancels a program, participants may choose to:

– Transfer their tuition to a rescheduled date;

– Retain the amount as credit for a future program; or

– Receive a refund of the course tuition only.

All other expenses, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transportation, insurance, visa fees, and personal costs, remain the responsibility of the participant.

4. Minimum Participant Requirement

Certain programs, particularly retreats and international events, are subject to a minimum participant requirement. Danspire International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program if the minimum number of participants is not met by a specified date. In such instances, participants will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund of course tuition only.

Participants are advised to secure flexible travel arrangements and comprehensive travel insurance.

 

5. Force Majeure

Danspire International shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of a program due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government regulations, travel restrictions, civil unrest, venue closures, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, we reserve the right to:

– Reschedule the program;

– Offer a credit toward a future program; or

– Adjust the delivery format where reasonably possible.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations arising from Force Majeure events. We strongly encourage participants to obtain appropriate travel insurance for international programs.

6. Processing Refunds

Any refunds approved by Danspire International will be processed within 60 business days from the date written confirmation of the refund is issued. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

“Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

The most current version of this Cancellation & Refund Policy will always be available on our website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or modify any part of this policy. Continued enrolment in any program following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
