This program is designed for individuals who have been constantly feeling anxious and nervous and the effects have taken a toll on their health, daily performance and/or social interactions.

If you are already seeing a psychologist/psychiatrist/psychotherapist, that’s a superb start. You are getting the support and help you need in processing the mental challenges. Now, it is time to INTEGRATE that with a truth felt also in the body to establish congruence between the intellectual and actual, coherence in the theory and the practical.
You cannot control the mind. The more you tell the mind not to think about something, the more your mind would think about it. Why? Because you cannot control the intangible. “Mind” is a term given to describe the indescribable. It has zero cell!
The brain is, however, an organ. It has around 86 billion cells and the body… approximately 37.2 trillion cells! With those connection, command becomes tangible.
So if you want to see where your mind is going, look at how your body is flowing. And if you want to direct where your mind goes, control how your body flows.
Meet Your Facilitator and Therapist, Vincent Yong
I prayed for death at the age of seven.
Life dealt me some nasty cards – a heart defect and a family that’s dysfunctional, violent with an important figures that were absent.
You can’t choose what you’re born with or into. So I chose to be reborn, on my own accord. I began looking at life through different perspectives, varied lenses and a will like that of a cane, sturdy but flexible.
Esteem and worth often took the hot seat and they both were in question… A lot.
My wounds of childhood, how I was raised and the promises that were never fulfilled soon became a playground for me.
I started to experiment how I could see the world differently.
To do that I came to the following realisations:
Use your pain as a resource to hone your superpower. Start perceiving your world differently and receive it in new ways through how you will move so that you can flow through life with confidence and finesse.

I joined the program to get help for my OCD, but what I received is much much more.
I was having a tough time and desperately trying to find a channel to help myself.
What I got from this program is much much more than what I expected and I’m truly grateful for it. I met a whole new community who has been very supportive and makes me feel safe. Safe to share, safe to cry in front of them, even feel safe to do all sorts of things that Vincent tells us to do.
Healing isn’t linear, it is a personal journey focused on progress, not perfection. Having said that, I would like to again express my gratitude to all, because earlier into this journey, I was worried whether I would have the will and courage to go through this program till the end. Thank you Vincent, Thank you everyone. With the experience that I gained from attending the sessions, I am using them to help myself and others. Let’s continue to spread love and positivity.

And this Immersion Program does that together with you. Resulting in a more wholesome, congruent and authentic you. When that happens, you become more confident and at ease even in the face of challenges.
It has been a revealing journey in these few months of sessions with Vincent, and our fellow friends. The workshops have been helping me to understand deeper, shift my perspectives of myself, and of my loved ones and people around me. In a way that is to cultivate and nurture the strengths in me and grow more confident and assured of my worth. At the same time, to expand the compassion towards myself and others.
Vincent’s professionalism, conceptualizing and explaining well helps us to understand better, equipping us with approaches to put in practice.
I experienced a major emotional breakdown many years ago. Since then, I’ve attended counselling sessions and received healing prayers. While those helped in some ways, I often still feel emotionally numb, as if my emotions are asleep and I can’t fully be present in the moment.
Sometimes, it takes me several days to even realise that something has upset me. I might only become aware that I was hurt or angry long after the event has passed.
What stood out to me about this anxiety program is how different it is from anything I’ve tried before. It’s a unique blend of theory, movement, and other exploratory activities that go beyond just talking.
Vincent, the facilitator, is an excellent and patient teacher. His approach to anxiety focuses first on creating awareness. From there, he gently guides us to view our anxiety through a new lens. His creative methods have helped me respond to anxiety in healthier, more grounded ways.
I’m slowly learning to relax and not overthink situations. I’m also beginning to enjoy the movement-based exercises, which help me stay present. One big change I’ve noticed is that it now takes less time for me to recognise when I’ve been triggered emotionally.
I also appreciate that this is a group program. It’s comforting to be surrounded by others on a similar journey, people of different age and backgrounds. It reminds me that I’m not alone. Through this shared experience, genuine friendships have been formed, and I feel like I’m part of a caring and supportive community.
It made me aware of myself which is very important.
I feel that I become more relaxed, have more positive energy, and even like when there is some obstruction or some difficulty in life, I feel I’m not afraid to face it, become more brave. It made me have zest in life. And we feel like we have freedom from inside, have less worry, more free spirit.
The program made me become more authentic to the way I live and I don’t need validation from others. I become happier and I feel I have more love.

Anxiety exists in the body as much as in the mind. It begins when things are stirred within much like a cup of tea with tea leaves that had previously settled at the bottom of the cup. A body can pick up a combination of external stimulus such as visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, kinesthetic as well as those internal ones such as sensations or signals within the body which can result in anxiousness or nervousness.
Once triggered, a series of somatic responses are activated by the motor faculties of our bodies that lead to changes in the various systems of the body. This is a process of awakening and adaptation to the dangers or threats and it aims to psycho-physiologically enhance survival by protecting the person through a series of action pertaining to fight or flight, freeze or fawn.
You may experience the following: Tensions, palpitations, fatigue, excessive sweating, hyperventilation, bowel issues, difficulty focussing, shortness of breath, excessive worry, sleeping problems, irritability, fidgety, feeling trapped, feeling cold or frozen, etc.
Feelings that throw you off your center or inhibit you do not need a label.
When you feel something often, it is important to know how to reset your mind AND body through means that are tangible and immediately felt and known within your body.
It is not just theory that changes us but the experience that will inform and transform us. So an educational and therapeutic process with a designed journey can definitely benefit the mind and body. If you want to transform the way you feel, we will be here to guide you.

The Immersion Program is a 9-Month journey starting in March every year.
Why 9 Months? We are not into quick fixes that don’t last. The program is carefully planned for you to go through the five phases with time in between for you to internalize, reflect and introspect. We’d journey with you through the 9 Months to help you become more calm, confident and authentic.
You’d realise healing can be engaging and fun too, and time passes so quickly when you are enjoying it! We run this once a year, so don’t miss this chance as you’d have to wait a year to participate in the next one!

We strive in everyway to get you on that track. However, progress depends on various factors, like the duration of your anxiety, your current social environment and whether you’ve been on medications.
Our 9-month program helps you explore the roots of your emotions, drawing from your life experiences to build a more positive future. You’ll engage in practical exercises to develop skills for coping with anxiety independently. Many of our private clients have reported positive changes, which was why we brought the program to you in this format so that it is more accessible and with group support. Our past participants of the Immersion Program have reported amazing breakthroughs.
